The hotel boasts gorgeous rooms but suffers from poor ventilation and lack of water facilities. The service was great with attentive staff but a rushed dining experience. The location offers beautiful surroundings but lacks proper meal management. Avoid dining disappointment!
The hotel was a nightmare for us as both disabled guests. The room was dusty and the bathroom was not acceptable, adding a struggle with stairs and no lift. Breakfast was cheap and nasty, and we even saw rats outside our window. Service, however, was fantastic and the staff were helpful. The location was convenient for nearby attractions. Dining fell short with a cold and awkward experience, but the hotel facilities were generally satisfactory.
The hotel is a gem! The rooms are large and comfortable, although the placement of amenities like the plastic dispenser is a bit odd. The service is top-notch, especially the Manager who went above and beyond to make our friend's Birthday special. The location is great, with a lovely gym and friendly staff. While the dining experience had some issues with lukewarm food, the breakfast buffet managed by Amellia was delightful. Overall, a wonderful stay worth the money.
